The Product

Grade 6A is the highest classification of mulberry silk available. It refers to the length, uniformity, and quality of the silk fibers. The longer and more uniform the fibers, the smoother, stronger, and more lustrous the fabric. Most silk on the market is Grade 3A or 4A. Stilara uses only Grade 6A.

Momme (mm) is the weight measurement for silk fabric — the higher the number, the denser and heavier the silk. The industry standard for silk pillowcases is 22mm. Stilara uses 25mm, which means the fabric is thicker, more durable, and has a richer feel. You will notice the difference immediately.

Every stilara product is made from OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and GOTS certified silk. OEKO-TEX ensures the fabric contains no harmful chemicals or substances. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certifies the entire production chain meets environmental and social standards. These certifications matter — especially for something you put on your skin every night.

Yes — the set was designed for everyone. The silk bonnet and pillowcase reduce friction during sleep, which benefits straight, wavy, curly, and coily hair. Less friction means less breakage, less frizz, and less tangling overnight. The silk scrunchies are also gentle enough for all hair types with no pulling or creasing.

Absolutely. The skin benefits of silk apply to everyone — reduced friction means less sleep creasing on your face and better moisture retention overnight. The pillowcase and eye mask in particular are popular with male customers. Stilara is built for every sleeper.

Hand wash in cool water with a gentle silk-safe detergent, or machine wash on a delicate cycle in a mesh laundry bag. Never wring or tumble dry. Lay flat or hang to air dry away from direct sunlight. Do not iron directly — use a low heat steam setting if needed. With proper care your stilara products will last for years.

The Ritual

The set includes: a 25mm Grade 6A silk pillowcase (queen), a 25mm Grade 6A silk bonnet, a 25mm 3D contour silk eye mask, one large 25mm silk scrunchie, one small 25mm silk scrunchie, and a sliding drawer gift box with a silk ribbon pull. Everything you need for the four-step ritual — in one box.

The Exhale Ritual Set is currently available in White and Champagne. Pink and Lavender are coming soon. Sign up to the waitlist on the homepage to be notified first when new colors launch.

The pillowcase included in the Exhale Ritual Set is queen size, which fits standard and queen pillows. King size will be available in a future product update.

All US orders are fulfilled and shipped from California. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Yes. International shipping is available and calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy

Because our products are personal care items that come into direct contact with skin and hair, we are unable to accept returns on used items.

Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong item received: If we made a mistake with your order, we will make it right immediately — full replacement or full refund, your choice.

Unopened items: If you change your mind before opening your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a return.

Email us at the address below within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage. We will respond within 24–48 hours and make it right.

Once a refund is approved it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
