These are the terms that apply when you buy the stilara Exhale Ritual Set from stilara.net. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them.
Choose your colour, add the set to your cart, and complete checkout. You will get an order confirmation email straight away. Your order is accepted when we send that confirmation — until then, we have not agreed to sell.
Our returns policy is set out in full in the FAQ, and it forms part of these terms. In short: if we got it wrong, we fix it and it costs you nothing; if you changed your mind, you have 30 days while the silk is still unused. The FAQ is the version that applies — please read it rather than relying on that summary.
Silk is a protein fibre and needs different care from cotton. Our silk care guide explains exactly what to do and why. Damage caused by not following it — hot water, a biological detergent, wringing — is not a fault in the product.
Silk is a natural fibre and no two runs are identical. Small variations in shade and weave are normal and are not faults. Screens also show colour differently, so the champagne on your phone may not match the champagne on your pillow. Every photograph on this site is of the actual product.
We take real care over quality and delivery. If something goes wrong, tell us and we will put it right. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded or limited — including your right to a refund where goods are faulty, not as described, or not delivered.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts there.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
